Lynn Davis is the Human Resources Director at 麻豆官网. She started her career in HR administration working in labor unions before transitioning into higher education, and finally finding her niche in the non-profit environment. She is responsible for personnel management, DEI leadership, training and HR compliance.

Lynn has an M.A. from Bowie State University in Human Resource Development and a B.S. in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University. She maintains HR certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Standards Institute.
